Job Description
1.持續優化供應商策略(包含價格合理性、供應商評鑑…),建構最佳供應商鏈。
2.確保新供應商導入之合理性,達成供應商管理目的。
3.確認新機種成本的合理性及導入時程,以確保新機種生產之產品順利量產出貨。
4.監督選用優良RVL支援新產品開發工作,提升RVL hit rate。
5.評估關鍵(Critical)物料供應情況及市場分析報告,提供團隊風險預防管控措施。
6.培育團隊人才(選育用評留汰),領導團隊達成目標
7.跨部門溝通及協調, 使團隊達成工作目標。
1.管理職至少5年以上
2.熟悉主被動電子元件,英文流利
3.熟悉產業動態及相關政策,具良好異常處理能力及成本控制觀念
