Job Description

我們正在尋找一位經驗豐富的研發經理來領導5G WiFi AP/Router Hardware 團隊。該職位將涉及監督尖端技術5G WiFi AP/Router Hardware 系統的設計、測試和優化。5G WiFi AP/Router Hardware 經理將在管理工程師團隊、跨部門協作以及推動當前和未來專案的5G WiFi AP/Router Hardware 解決方案開發方面發揮關鍵作用。理想的候選人將在5G WiFi AP/Router Hardware 工程方面擁有良好的研發記錄、領導經驗和對創新的熱情。
1. 領導、指導和管理5G WiFi AP/Router產品設計、驗證測試、EMI、量產良率改善 ,以確保高效的專案執行和專業成長。
2. 監督各種專案的射頻系統、組件和解決方案的設計、模擬和開發。系統產品包括Bluetooth, DECT, Zigbee, NFC等之整合運作
3.對5G WiFi AP/Router產品設計進行性能測試和分析,優化訊號品質、功率效率和可靠性。
4.與硬體、軟體和系統工程等跨部門團隊密切合作,將廣泛多樣RF 整合到產品架構之中。
5.提供5G WiFi AP/Router產品電路設計的專家建議與支援。
6.制定和管理5G WiFi AP/Router產品測試策略,確保符合行業標準和監管要求。
7.了解5G WiFi AP/Router產品技術的新興趨勢並提出持續改進的策略性舉措。
8.確保5G WiFi AP/Router產品設計、測試結果和效能指標的文件和報告完整且準確。

其他工作條件:

3年以上管理5G WiFi AP/Router產品設計團隊的經驗,5年以上設計5G WiFi AP/Router產品電路的經驗。
