We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people  and empowering them to  thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.   Required Site Operations Assist the day-to-day operational M&E activities in a variety of buildings, to include the following: Electrical/mechanical/plumbing system maintenance, including: HVAC, UPS, CRAC, Switchgear, Alarm system, BMS system, Access card system, Fire Protection system, Water supply and drainage system, PA system, AV systems and miscellaneous electrical appliancesAttend to technical-related interior works and faults, including Furniture, Carpets, Walls/fittings, Ceilings and Glass DoorsRespond to users' requests / site complaints, provide first line support and resolve issues/faultsConduct daily inspection of systems & facilities and conduct essential equipment checks and metre readingsManage requisition for facilities equipment parts and related inventory management.Assist and supervise vendors and contractor services in the premises relating to Corrective Maintenance and Planned Preventive Maintenance and vendor briefingsAssist during project works and internal Moves, Adds and Changes activitiesAssist in Power Shutdown activitiesAd Hoc responsibilities assigned by the Site Service ManagerTo liaise with service vendors on repair and servicing needs. Assist to maintain all operational and maintenance manuals    Prepare logs, documents and reports as required for the site and take action as required.Be a team player and work with other members of the team to meet all team goals and deliver performance excellenceEnvironmental, Health & SafetyMaintain sustainability dataFollow Client's and JLL's policies and to make sure everything is in compliance with regulations. Observe and report all incidents or suspicious activity to the Site Service Manager or Client Security as appropriate for the circumstances and/ or as required by the site.EmergencyRespond to System Alarms and deal with any emergency situationsRespond to or facilitate reporting and response to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents or conditions following procedures established for the site.Execute emergency response plan to ensure safety of client and guest when necessary.Preferred Good at Finance ManagementGood at verbal, listening, and written communication skills in English.Diploma or certification in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering3 to 4 years of relevant work experience in commercial offices or residential propertiesFire fighting training and certification from fire department is a plus pointFirst aider training and certification is preferred Knowledge of occupational health & safety requirementsLocation: On-site –New Taipei, Taiwan, ChinaJob Tags:HiringIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet all the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
