Your role
Are you detail oriented, even when multitasking? Do you know how to shine in a supporting role? We're looking for someone like that to help us in servicing Global Wealth Management business in:

  • undertake preparatory work in account opening, transaction processing, control and reconciliations tasks
  • provide support and advice for front and middle office staff
  • interface with internal and external clients to provide operational and administrative support as needed
  • see that Operations processes – like account opening, securities and payments processing – comply with regulations, guidelines, standards and policies

Your team
You'll be working with the Operations team in Securities Branch and coving the client account opening and Equity trade related services to our wealth management clients in Taiwan. We will face local/regional front desks, middle offices, client services team and ops supporting units on client account data management, trade settlements, reporting and operational change project deliveries.

Your expertise

  • a university degree, and professional securities license will be a plus
  • an understanding of the securities operational services in financial industry. 1-2 year of similar working experiences in Ops will be a plus
  • the ability in interact with front/front office teams to handle client account requests and resolve trade discrepancies
  • good English written/speaking and computer MS office skills. Advanced MS excel or Macro will be a plus
  • adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills
  • able to work under preassure
  • able to collaborate with team members
  • interest in exploring different aspects of operational supports in related to account management, trade services and operational control processes
