The Semiconductor Process Control (Semi PC) business unit designs, builds, sells and supports a comprehensive product portfolio that ensures high-quality production of the chips that power the technologies of today and the future, including AI, data centers, automotive and electronic devices. Semi PC's differentiated inspection, metrology and data analytic systems discover, characterize and monitor the defects and variations that can affect manufacturing processes across the semiconductor ecosystem, including high-performance logic chips, advanced memory chips, specialty semiconductors, wafers, reticles, advanced packaging, process equipment and materials. Semi PC solves our customers' most critical challenges through a combination of innovative technologies, close collaborations, and a dynamic, global team. Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the FLS Software business, overseeing a portfolio of accounts focused on field service management solutions, including real-time scheduling ,route optimization, and commercial process handling. This role involves building strong client relationships, driving booking and revenue growth in a competitive market, and ensuring client success with FLS and PCB product.
The ideal candidate will be highly focuses, strategic , and adept at navigating market dynamics to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the lead for the FLS Software business line, managing client accounts by handing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating communication between clients and internal teams ( e.g., product line, customer support and engineering )
- Develop and implement account strategies tailored to FLS software clients, focusing on upselling feature like dynamic route optimization and mobile workforce solutions to meet sales targets and expend service.
- Monitor clients satisfaction and performance metrics for FLS product implementations, conducting regular check-ins, gathering feedback, and proactively addressing challenges to ensure high retention rates in a fast-paced market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized FLS software solutions, including integrating tools for appointment planning, logistics, and data0driven insights to support clients operational goals.
- Analyze account data, generate reports on FLS/PCB business forecast and market opportunities , and all recommend enhancements to drive client success and business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to expanding to FLS market presence , staying ahead of industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years of field sales or marketing experience in Advance Package, ICS or semiconductor industry background is strongly preferred.
- Experiences of working with matrix team to achieve business objectives. Equipped with dealing partners in complex implementation projects, including product division and customers.
- Demonstrated track record in exceeding sales goals.
- Mobility of local business travel
