Job Purpose

GL entries, asset management and do the month end closing of the company. Support to ensure the correctness and timeliness of financial reporting.

Timely calculate tax, submit tax report and arrange tax payment, help to ensure the tax compliance of the company;

BU controller support to make sure sufficient support from plant to global BU LAB

Job Highlights

  • BU controller support, annual budget, BU management report
  • Management report and local report preparation
  • GL accounting, Asset accounting and annual physical count, monthly asset closing & reporting
  • Monthly tax calculation and declaration (VAT, export VAT refund, Surcharge, withholding tax), payment arrangement, VAT invoice verification and reconciliation
  • Quarterly CIT&DTA calculation and CIT declaration; Annual tax filling; TP report
  • Local bank, finance and other local authority contact
  • Annual accounting audit support; Specific tax inspections and audit handling
  • Support HR on local HR work and ad hoc work, e.g. onboarding/offboarding/T&A/payroll/Tax/social & commercial insurance proceeding, etc.
  • Project support, other adhoc tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance related majors
  • About 10 years of working experience in overall financial accounts
  • Finance experience from manufacturing industry is highly preferred
  • Solid experience in financial controlling
  • Good understanding of tax policies
  • Good communication skills and learning agility
