Responsibilities
Provide personalized home advice and solutions to customers, tailored to their specific needs and preferencesConduct in-depth analysis of customer's financial situation, lifestyle, and future goals to recommend suitable home-related products and servicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of end-to-end customer experienceStay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to provide informed guidance to customersActively participate in customer engagement activities, such as events and workshops, to build brand awareness and foster customer relationshipsContribute to the continuous improvement of home advisory processes and tools to enhance efficiency and customer satisfactionRequirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the financial services or real estate industryStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectivelyAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersProactive and self-motivated with a keen interest in the housing and financial services industryProficient in using relevant software and digital tools to support customer advisory servicesApply Now
