Tomofun is on the cusp of a pet-tech boom and we're looking for smart, innovative thinkers who aspire to incredible things. > Know more about us: | LinkedIn | Medium Tech Blog 【 About the Vesta 】『Vesta 夢想起菲』是Tomofun執行長Victor於大學時期 (2007年) 成立的志工團隊,致力於協助菲律賓貧民窟的居民重建家園,後於2015年正式成為Tomofun CSR team,持續透過企業的力量發揮影響力,迄今已帶領超過上千名志工投入弱勢家庭、流浪動物及海洋環境相關的志工活動。為進一步號召更多夥伴加入我們的行列,Vesta於2024年正式立案成為「友家公益行動協會」,目標打造一個值得信賴、易於參與的公益行動平台,鼓勵社會大眾關注弱勢孩童 (people) 、流浪動物 (pets) 和海洋環境保護 (planet) 三大議題。Vesta提供多元的參與方案,結合公益旅行,讓每個人都能找到適合自己的參與方式,認識不同的議題需求與挑戰,並以熱情行動放大影響力,促進善的循環【 What you'll do 】協助規劃志工活動:參與團隊討論,規劃活動流程、內容安排及活動設計驗證。支援志工活動庶務:協調內部團隊與外部合作夥伴,並處理活動相關行政事務。參與活動執行與成效評估:協助現場執行,檢視活動成果並優化參與體驗。協助專案進度追蹤:整理會議紀錄,追蹤專案進度,確保任務按時完成。【 Who you are 】對公益行動有熱忱,認同 Vesta 的理念,並樂於參與志工服務。具備活動規劃與執行經驗,或對專案管理有興趣。善於溝通與協調,能有效與不同單位合作。具備現場應變能力,能在活動中靈活應對狀況。主動積極、細心負責,能獨立處理任務並注重細節。可配合一週工作至少 3 天加分條件:有志工管理或社群活動經驗者佳。具備主持、活動帶領、培訓經驗者佳。熟悉 Canva、簡報設計者為佳。【我們提供...】 學習機會:參與專案管理與志工活動全流程,培養活動規劃、執行與專案協調能力。 實務經驗:實際參與各項不同的志工專案,為社會帶來影響力。 有愛的團隊:與熱愛公益的夥伴一起合作,共同推動有意義的計畫。
