【What you will be doing】

你將有機會深入參與人資招募與組織行政運作的日常,從招募流程到公司文化活動,實際參與並協助推動專案:

人資招募面向
  • 執行招募流程:履歷搜尋與篩選、電話聯繫與初步訪談、面試邀約與安排、面試當日接待。與用人主管合作,協助釐清職缺需求與招募條件
  • 雇主品牌專案:包含社群內容撰寫與規劃、校園與外部招募活動支援、新招募管道的開發與合作接洽
行政營運面向
  • 日常行政庶務支援:訪客接待、郵件與快遞管理、員工資料整理與更新、入離職流程協助等
  • 協助辦理公司內部活動(大型如尾牙、小型如節慶活動)
職務需求【Who we are looking for】
  • 可穩定實習至少半年,每週配合 3 天以上
  • 對人資領域(招募、行政、企業文化等)有高度興趣
  • 細心負責,具備良好的時間管理與多工處理能力
  • 主動積極、樂於學習,願意嘗試不同挑戰
  • 熟悉基本辦公軟體(Excel、Google Workspace 等)
加分條件
  • 有經營社群媒體或活動企劃經驗者尤佳
  • 具備基礎資料處理、數據分析能力
