這份實習主要是向核心受眾——正在規劃出國行程的旅客,推廣 FunNow 日本、泰國地區的商品,以下是你成為我們的夥伴後的工作內容:

  • 50% 行銷內容規劃、產出:發想、產出吸引旅客的中文社群內容(Instagram、Threads),包含製作設計需求、文案撰寫與社群平台營運
  • 30% 短影音腳本撰寫:根據影音素材與店家資訊撰寫開箱影片腳本
  • 20% 行銷素材設計:使用設計軟體製作站內外視覺素材

你會學習到:

  • 國際團隊協作與行銷:與來自臺灣、日本、泰國、馬來西的當地團隊溝通合作,實際參與擬定行銷與產出內容的過程
  • 內容企劃:針對受眾需求結合,規劃相應社群行銷內容,透過自己的雙手來創造流量與轉換
  • 數據分析:分析第一手的行銷數據,學習業界最常監測的指標數據與優化方式
  • 活用 AI 工具:將 AI 工具應用在實際產出,與團隊成員交流 prompt 的使用與優化方式

  • FunNow 產品使用者或熟悉 FunNow 臺灣、日本、泰國的社群風格
  • 活用 Gemini、Chat GPT、Grok 等 AI 工具,懂得使用更有智慧的方式減少時間成本,提升工作效率
  • 有內容經營(包含但不限於社群、部落格......)或舉辦線上下活動或獨立發想企劃的經驗,並提供相關作品集
  • 有 Canva、Figma、Capcut 等使用經驗,有一定美感
  • 喜歡到日本、泰國旅遊,會日文、泰文更讚(不勉強你)

【身分限制】

  • 大三、大四、研一優先

【工作時間】

  • 須配合從 2025 年 11-12 月開始實習
  • 能配合實習一年者優先,最少須配合半年,不接受短期實習
  • 開學後每周一至週五需至少排班 2.5-3 天以上(共 20 個小時)
  • 上班時間為:10:00-19:00(可彈性調整)

  • 本職缺預計自 10 月起陸續進行面試,若已招募到合適實習生將關閉職缺,歡迎對職缺有興趣的同學加緊腳步、火速應徵
