JV Manager (all genders)
Your future tasks:

• Support the Asset Manager in managing the overall operations of the JV, ensuring strategic objectives are met
• Serve as the primary liaison between JV partners, stakeholders, and internal departments
• Ensure the implementation of business plans, budgets, and performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory requirements
• Identify opportunities for growth, cost optimization, and operational improvement
• Manage risks, resolve conflicts, and facilitate decision-making among JV partners
• Prepare regular reports on JV performance, progress, and key issues for stakeholders
• Manage permit applications for the JV's operations in line with relevant local regulations and laws, and coordinate with and accommodate the reasonable requests of the authorities
• Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability
• Support business development initiatives and partnership opportunities
• Ensure JV governance rules and procedures are observed, including the implementation of decision thresholds, flowcharts, and templates for shareholders, the IC, and the board
• Manage permit applications required for wind farm operations, e.g., vessel permits, in close coordination with the O&M team. This includes liaising with / meeting the authorities where necessary

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in joint venture management, project management, or strategic business roles.
• Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and multi-stakeholder projects
• Experience in the relevant industry (e.g., manufacturing, energy, technology) is highly desirable
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
• Financial acumen and ability to interpret business performance metrics
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of corporate governance, contracts, and legal compliance
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and matrix environments
• Ability to work independently and take the initiative on tasks
