【Who are we looking for?】

We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Engineer with real-world experience in designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-native systems. The ideal candidate is proficient in Python, Go, or Java, and has deep expertise in AWS and Kubernetes.

You will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services that power our cloud-native applications.

【Key Responsibilities】

* Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs, experienced in at least 2 of following languages: Python, Go, , Java

* Architect and optimize cloud-native applications for scalability and reliability.

* Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on Kubernetes in AWS.

* Implement best practices for microservices, containerization, and serverless architectures.

* Ensure high availability, performance, and security of backend systems.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend engineers, DevOps, and product managers.

* Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.

* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

* Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools.

【Requirement】

  • 5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer or in a similar role.

  • Proven experience as a technical leader in scrum teams

  • Strong proficiency in Go, Python, or Java.

  • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, and IAM.

  • Deep understanding of Kubernetes for deploying and managing containerized applications.

  • Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.

  • Familiarity with cloud native observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry).

  • Strong knowledge of API design (REST, gRPC, GraphQL) and database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).

  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

【Preferred Skills】:

  • Hands-on experience in on-premises enterprise level software is a plus

  • Hands-on experience in AI agent development is a plus
