本公司誠徵一位具有強大技術背景與商業敏銳度的 銷售經理(Sales Manager),負責推動 功率半導體離散元件與功率模組(包含 MOSFET、IGBT、二極體及功率模組)於台灣及亞洲區市場的業務拓展與銷售成長。

您將主導既有客戶關係的維護,積極開發新客戶,並與研發及產品團隊緊密合作,提供客戶最佳的技術與產品解決方案。

主要職責

-      制定並執行功率半導體元件與模組的銷售策略與年度業務計畫。

-      維護與 OEM、EMS 及分銷商等客戶的長期合作關係。

-      分析客戶需求,與技術團隊合作提供解決方案與產品建議。

-      負責商務談判、報價、合約簽訂及後續跟進。

-      研究市場趨勢與競爭動態,發掘潛在業務機會。

-      與行銷及產品管理團隊合作,制定市場推廣策略。

-      參與國內外電子及功率技術展覽(如 PCIM、Electronica 等),推廣品牌與產品。

任職資格

-      至少五年功率半導體或電子元件銷售經驗。

-      熟悉 MOSFET、IGBT、功率二極體及功率模組 等產品應用與市場。

-      具優秀的溝通、談判及業務開發能力。

-      對市場發展具策略性思維與結果導向。

-      英文聽說讀寫能力佳。

-      能配合國內外出差。

Job Description

Our company is seeking a Sales Manager with strong technical expertise and proven commercial skills to lead business development and drive sales growth of power semiconductor discrete components and modules (including MOSFETs, IGBTs, diodes, and power modules) in the Taiwan and broader Asian markets.

You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers, actively developing new clients, and working closely with the R&D and Product teams to provide customers with the best technical and product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies and annual business plans for power semiconductor components and modules.

Maintain long-term relationships with customers such as OEMs, EMS providers, and distributors.

Analyze customer requirements and collaborate with the technical team to deliver tailored solutions and product recommendations.

Handle commercial negotiations, prepare quotations, finalize contracts, and manage follow-up activities.

Research market trends and competitive dynamics to identify new business opportunities.

Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management teams to develop go-to-market strategies.

Participate in domestic and international trade shows and power electronics exhibitions (such as PCIM, Electronica, etc.) to promote the company's brand and products.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years' experience in sales of power semiconductors or electronic components.

Familiarity with the applications and markets of products such as MOSFETs, IGBTs, power diodes, and power modules.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.

Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach to market development.

Strong command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
