デバイス&サービス ビジネス オーガニゼーション(DSBO)は、Google ブランドのハードウェア ポートフォリオを市場に投入して普及させることにより、Google のソフトウェアおよびハードウェアをユーザーの皆様にお届けする部署です。このチームは、携帯通信会社、小売業者、プロモーターの皆様とのパートナーシップを管理し、Google Pixel、Google Nest、Fitbit の各ポートフォリオの商業戦略を策定しています。

Google Pixel モバイル プロダクト(PMP)カテゴリ ビジネス マネジメント チームの役割は、アジア太平洋地域のデバイス&サービス ビジネス オーガニゼーション(APAC DSBO)チームとセールスチームによる PMP の市場参入戦略の策定および実行をサポートすることです。市場やビジネス パフォーマンスの分析、セールスチームと連携した販売促進計画の策定、チャネル販売インセンティブの予算管理を通じて、Google Pixel とエコシステムのプロダクトの成長につなげていただきます。

業務内容

• 日本の DSBO カントリー リード、セールスリード、パートナー マネージャーと連携して、Google Pixel の市場開拓戦略と販売計画を策定するとともに、年内のビジネスプランの策定および中期的なビジネス チャンスの評価を行う。
• 日本における Google Pixel シリーズ全体のプロモーション計画の調整および販売 / チャネル インセンティブの予算管理を主導し、四半期および年間のビジネス目標と収益性指標の達成を支援する。
• 市場動向、有益なインサイト、Google Pixel のビジネス パフォーマンスを分析し、販売計画に関する提案を行うことで、セールスチームがリスクを抑えつつ成長機会を開拓できるようサポートする。
• 戦略、プロダクト プランニング、マーケティング、セールス、デマンド プランニングなどのさまざまなチームと連携して、カテゴリの成長戦略の策定と実行、新プロダクトのリリース、マーケティング活動の調整、ビジネスと在庫の最適化を行う。
