液空亞東因應業務擴展,正於新竹竹北尋找「運銷專員 Logistic Specialist」,負責依客戶訂貨需求安排氣體送貨事宜、以及避免客訴,包含:聯絡客戶、承攬商調度、On-site協調出貨安排、落實運輸品質系統等。同時,需確實執行液態及氣態氣體出貨程序,避免造成人員安全及稽核缺失。How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

1. 客戶訂單處理

- 接聽客戶訂貨電話並登錄至內部系統

- 客戶與液空亞東各廠需求出貨安排

- 出貨單製作、寄送給客戶或業管、入帳、整理及歸檔

2. 車輛調度排派

- 出貨及維修車輛之安排與調度

- 與承攬商調度員協調出貨車輛及司機的安排

- 派車單之製作

- 依訂貨記錄安排次日的出貨

3. 其他例行或交辦事務

- 協助使用者排除問題、提供諮詢服務

- 參與系統測試、問題發現及改善

Are you a MATCH?

1. 學歷:學士(含)以上,運管、企管等相關科系尤佳

2. 經歷:3年以上調度、供應鏈、專案或採購管理,熟危險品運輸相關規範尤佳。

3. 特質:良好溝通技巧、談判技巧及分析思維
