Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced part-time Accountant to manage our financial records, ensure accurate reporting, and support our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, invoice processing, and bank reconciliation.
- Manage vendor payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and supporting documents.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and standards.
- Support external audits and provide documentation as needed.
- Collaborate with external CPA as needed.
- Other administrative works as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in a commercial setting.
- Professional fluency in Chinese (Mandarin and English), both written and spoken.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Business Central is a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Part-time availability, approximately 2-3 working days per week.
