Role Description

As Intenza's Product Manager, you will serve as the bridge between brand design and market demand. The core of this role lies in integrating market insights, user experience, and engineering feasibility to develop product strategies that ensure Intenza's products embody the brand philosophy while maintaining differentiation and a competitive edge in the global high-end fitness equipment market.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Market Insight

  • Lead market research, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking to define product direction.
  • Develop Market Requirement Documents (MRD) grounded in data and customer insight.
  • Partner with Sales and Business Operations to shape pricing, positioning, and profitability strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation through new technologies and emerging fitness trends.

Product Development & Lifecycle Management

  • Translate strategic direction into clear, actionable development plans.
  • Collaborate with R&D to manage scope, timeline, and cost — ensuring balance between performance and design intent.
  • Support QA and Operations to ensure global compliance, reliability, and service readiness.

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Partner with Marketing to create compelling launch stories, assets, and sales training tools.
  • Use structured reasoning and analytics to align stakeholders across global teams.
  • Serve as a key voice in cross-departmental decision-making.

Post-Launch Performance & Improvement

  • Track product KPIs — sales, margin, reliability — and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Integrate service and customer feedback into future iterations.
  • Optimize the product portfolio for efficiency and growth.

Who You Are

  • Strategic thinker with a passion for design, performance, and innovation.
  • Skilled at balancing creativity with data-driven decisions.
  • Confident in managing complexity and building alignment across functions.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design, Engineering, or Business.
  • 3–6 years of experience in product management, industrial goods, or fitness equipment.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling ability (Excel, cost analysis, pricing models).
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin is a plus
  • Experience working with international R&D and marketing teams preferred.
