Associate, Trade Operations, Corporate Banking

- Manage and execute all trade operations activities, including but not limited to processing of trade finance instruments such as Invoice Financing & Factoring
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of trade finance transactions in compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Provide support and guidance to customers on trade finance products and services, and address their queries and concerns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as relationship managers and credit teams, to provide seamless customer service
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all trade finance transactions and related documentation
- Assist in the development and implementation of new trade finance products and services
- Participate in the training and development of team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in trade finance operations or a similar role
- Strong understanding of trade finance instruments, such as Invoice Financing & Factoring, and their associated processes
- Proficient in using trade finance software and systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlinesEffective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and cross-functional teamsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards
