主要職責
設備維護與故障排除

  • 根據標準作業程序(SOP)執行設備故障排除與維修工作,以確保設備正常運作與良率。

生產支援與緊急應變

  • 輪班期間即時支援設備異常問題,並與製程工程師合作提升製程穩定性。
  • 參與設備搬入/搬出、移機與安裝作業,確保現場安全與製程符合規範。
  • 收集並分析設備參數、故障紀錄與維修歷史,提出改善建議(如FDC、監控等)。
  • 協助新設備與新製程導入,參與試產與驗證作業。
  • 定期撰寫維修報告、故障分析報告與交接班紀錄。

職位要求與技能

  • 電機、機械、材料、電子工程或相關科系學士以上學歷。
  • 熟悉基本電路、氣壓、真空與機械原理。
  • 能閱讀英文技術文件與操作手冊。
  • 熟悉 Excel、PowerPoint、Word 等基本辦公軟體操作。
  • 願意輪班做四休三(二)與假日值勤。
  • 願意接受無塵室工作環境
  • 具良好溝通能力與團隊合作精神。
  • 積極主動、抗壓性高,具備良好的問題解決能力。
