We will always be flexible, innovative, agility and adaptive to meet and exceed customer needs.Quality control and testing.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?負責執行入廠之材料檢查與測試,以確保購買之材料外觀無損傷及型號正確無誤。負責執行產品測試並符合製造及檢驗程序規範,確保產品出廠前各項元件及零組件的測試及檢查皆符合客戶之需求。(例如:保壓、氦測漏、水、氧、微塵測試) 。負責竣工測試資料文件製作及保存,按客戶需求提供所需要的測試文件,以證明產品在出廠前已按客戶之需求檢查完畢可正常運作(含功能測試)。執行產品出廠前最終檢驗、包裝作業、進出口相關文件標示,以確保產品出貨包裝符合規範及客戶要求。執行測試儀器設備外校及維修業務,以保持測試儀器的可靠度及準確性,確保在使用時可正常運作且量測之數據正確無誤。執行測試用氣體液罐(N2、Ar)每日點檢維持氣體供應正常,穩定供給電焊及飽壓測試使用,以確保氣體供應不中斷讓生產順利進行。負責執行QC區域及暫存區域之5S 工作,確保區域內符合5S要求(整理/整頓/清掃/清潔/素養) ,符合客戶稽核及公司內部稽核之要求。協助無塵室空調系統每日檢點,及定期相關保養清潔工作,確保無塵室空調設備正常運轉。操作高壓設備(>10kg/cm²)需具備"高壓氣體特定設備操作人員"證照。其他主管交辦事項。Are you a MATCH?教育背景/科系 Education專科或專技以上機械、電機、自動控制科、代工、化學相關科系畢工作經驗及特質 Working Experience & Personality對分析及測試的工作熱忱一年以上相關半導體設備組裝或測試經驗About Air LiquideA world leader in gases, technologies and services for Industry and Health, Air Liquide is present in 72 countries with approximately 67,800 employees and serves more than 4 million customers and patients.
