Role Description

ClinHope is looking for a dedicated Project Manager (PM) to lead and oversee clinical trials. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams.

Success in this position means delivering high-quality clinical trials on time and within budget while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. As a key part of our organization, the PM will drive strategic initiatives, optimize study operations, and contribute to ClinHope's reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, GCP, ICH guidelines).
  • Act as the primary point of contact between sponsors, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Develop and manage study timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory documents and clinical trial materials, including the export of clinical trial-specific contact lenses to the United States.
  • Collaborate with medical writers, biostatisticians, and regulatory teams to support protocol design, study reports, and submission documents.
  • Provide oversight of site selection, initiation, monitoring, and closeout activities.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical trial experience, with at least 1 years in a project management role.
  • Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory submission requirements.
  • Experience in ophthalmology clinical trials is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address project challenges proactively.
