About the Role

The role involves supporting the Sourcing Tender Team (ITO) and Sourcing Project Execution Team (OTR) in various procurement activities, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery of services and products.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Sourcing Tender Team (ITO) and Sourcing Project Execution Team (OTR).
  • Support, coordinate and lead On-shore and Offshore procurement activities, working closely with the Global Commodity Leaders (GCL).
  • Controls timely issuance of the Purchase Orders and within budget.
  • Supports Buyers in relation to the complete and on-time delivery of the technical specifications through the engineering department.
  • Support, coordinate and lead expediting team to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Provide inputs for weekly meetings with the Core Project Team.
  • Lead weekly Project Sourcing meeting with the participation of Buyers and Expeditors.
  • Verifies Project Budget, Division of Work and ensures consistency between sourcing concept and project documents.
  • Understands the commercial part of the contract and issues the Project Related Purchasing Conditions.
  • Reviews and updates the purchasing strategy.
  • Ensures that suppliers meet all contractual requirements.
  • Updates Vendor List, working closely with GCLs and ensures Client's approval in close collaboration with Project engineering.
  • Ensures compliance with the Quality and EHS rules from the project, business, sector and corporate within the Project.
  • Ensures On-time Delivery of plant equipment's at customer site or as specified.
