Who We Are Looking For   We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team, servicing USANA's Taiwan-based Brand Partners and customers. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and provide solutions to their inquiries and needs. A successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company's customer service policies and be well-trained in product knowledge, which is critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.   What You Will Do as a USANA Customer Service Representative  

Assist customers in processing orders, applications, and registrationsResponding promptly to customer inquiriesAcknowledging and resolving customer complaintsHandling inbound call center and walk-in customersEnsure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer supportPerform other duties pertaining to the job requirements Background and Skills You Will Need Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide patient and proactive customer serviceStrong telephone etiquette and coordination skills, particularly in handling inbound callsFamiliarity with call center operating systemsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyResponsible, with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration What Will Make You Standout    Previous customer service experience in the direct selling industry is highly preferred Position is located in Taiwan   About USANA   Since 1992, USANA has provided the world with the highest-quality products focused on nutritional supplements, skincare, and a healthy lifestyle.
