Ideal Candidates will have:

  1. A bachelor�s degree or above, MBA preferred.
  2. Minimum 3-5 years post-undergraduate work experience, not including internships
  3. A solid understanding of relevant content areas; interest and experience in finance, leadership, project management, and consultative selling
  4. Business/financial acumen � understanding of general business, organization structure, and industry financials, particularly key business drivers and their implications for how firms make profits
  5. Proven presentation and facilitation skills
  6. Strong analytical skills and excellent ability to synthesize complex information to create effective solutions for clients
  7. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and deliver work at high quality under tight timelines
  8. Good interpersonal skills � ability to connect with people and work collaboratively
  9. Thorough knowledge of all Microsoft Office software packages
  10. Fluency in English speaking, listening, and writing
  11. A desire for extensive travel (up to 40-50% of the time in peak periods)
  12. A hunger to learn and ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth entrepreneurial environment
  13. A mature, humble, professional, and hands-on team player
  14. Alignment with BTS values, including client centricity and an entrepreneurial mindset

What you'll do at BTS

Ideal candidates should be capable of analyzing complex business environments to come to smart conclusions on what drives profitability and growth, and then developing these into creative solutions as well as delivering them to clients. Our clients are mostly global top 500 companies across various industries.

Responsibilities include:

  • Client interviews with business leaders to develop an understanding of their company�s key levers for driving profitability and growth
  • Good conceptualization capability
  • Collaborate with small internal teams to design and build customized business simulations and other discovery learning solutions
  • Deliver business simulation and other discovery-based learning workshops to the clients and facilitate participants� understanding of relevant content areas
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while working with clients across varying industries
  • Identify new growth opportunities for BTS and generation of leads for add-on business
  • Become a valued strategic partner for our clients
