About The Role

Drake Business Services Asia is a leading provider of International Talent Sourcing in Taiwan, enabling our clients to focus on what they do best.

We're looking for a Content Moderator (Korean/Japanese) for a Global Technology Company, residing in Taiwan and Japan

(fully-remote), to assist our client in reviewing content in Korean/Japanese to ensure it aligns with the platform's guidelines and

policies. No prior experience is required — we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.

As a member of the team, you'll be responsible for checking content to ensure it meets our client's platform rules

and community guidelines

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Review and moderate generated content in Korean/Japanese
  • Ensure content complies with platform policies and community standards
  • Flag, escalate, or take action on content that violates guidelines
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency in evaluation
  • Communicate clearly with team members in English when necessary

Required Skills, Qualifications & Attributes

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Good proficiency in Korean/Japanese
  • Good proficiency in English
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
  • Be able to perform tasks quickly and accurately
  • Excellent communication skills (both written & oral)
  • Excellent time management skills
  • No prior experience required – full training will be provided
