What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive manual and automated testing of information products to ensure they meet both internal standards and customer expectations for quality and reliability.
• Establish, monitor, and maintain detailed product quality metrics that align with organisational goals as well as client requirements.
• Perform targeted testing activities in specialised areas such as embedded systems, mobile applications, or web services based on your technical strengths and interests.
• Design thorough test cases with clear steps and expected outcomes, execute these tests diligently, and develop automated test scripts to streamline repetitive tasks.
• Prepare detailed test reports that document findings clearly, analyse issues methodically, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to resolve any identified problems efficiently.
• Utilise defect management systems such as Jira, Bugzilla, or Redmine to record, track, verify, and manage software defects throughout the development lifecycle.
• Apply strong troubleshooting abilities to analyse complex software issues, identify root causes quickly, and contribute thoughtful solutions that enhance overall product stability.
• Leverage modern tools including artificial intelligence to improve testing processes and increase productivity within the team.

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in software testing or quality assurance roles within technology-driven environments.
• Strong written communication skills in Chinese coupled with solid overall communication abilities; intermediate proficiency in English reading and writing is required while speaking/listening skills are considered advantageous.
• Proficiency in Python programming language with demonstrated ability to write and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Bash or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with established software testing processes including basic test planning, execution strategies, and reporting protocols.
• Ability to design comprehensive test cases featuring clear procedural steps alongside well-defined expected results for accurate validation.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting skills enabling effective analysis of software defects along with identification of root causes through logical reasoning.
• Experience utilising defect management platforms like Jira, Bugzilla or Redmine for systematic recording, tracking, verification, and closure of bugs throughout project cycles.
• Self-motivated attitude combined with eagerness to learn new technologies; proven capability to adopt modern tools such as AI for enhancing work efficiency within QA workflows.
