Your strength:

  • More than 5 years of experience in medical device sales, ideally in cardiac and vascular surgery
  • Proven track record of strong sales performance and business development
  • Experience managing distribution networks and driving growth through partners
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences, or equivalent)
  • Highly motivated, positive, and professional with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong planning, organizational, and execution abilities
  • Ability to travel extensively across the territory
  • Resident in Taiwan with local market knowledge
  • Basic IT proficiency

Your contribution:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for Artivion's full product portfolio across Taiwan
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans and forecasts
  • Lead and grow local distributor relationships, driving market penetration and therapy adoption
  • Deliver clinical case support and customer training to ensure best-in-class outcomes
  • Manage sales operations including inventory oversight, reporting, and compliance
  • Maintain strong relationships with KOLs, surgeons, and key decision-makers
  • Identify and develop new sales channels and optimize current distribution strategy
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to align commercial and marketing efforts
  • Maintain deep market knowledge to shape product and channel strategies
  • Contribute to a growth-oriented, customer-centric culture
