Our primary areas of strategic focus include talent acquisition, individual and organizational assessment and development, performance management, inclusion and engagement, and rewards. The global HR organization includes HR business partners, learning and development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee communications, and HR system operations.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

  • Performs full-cycle professional level work in talent acquisition including needs analysis, sourcing, cold calls, pre-screening, interviewing, building pipelines, coordinating, engaging and on-boarding the hires as to execute full candidate journey. Exercise technical supervision with professional staff and coordinate hiring activities among the team.

  • Demonstrates sophisticated tactics in full range of talent acquisition tools and related to employment practice, recruitment strategy and human resources administration. Within the scope of staffing operation, influences and makes impact with key tools and process enhancement regarding employee career lifecycle process.

  • Analyze internal recruitment data and trends (including talent/diversity gaps) provide insights and drive strategies to meet short term and long-term hiring goals. Enable data driven decisions by systematically gathering information from a variety of sources, identify implications of data, draw conclusions, generate alternatives and solutions by using quality metrics and data

  • Accountable for Taiwan region's hiring activities and demonstrate ability to resolve multi-matrix range of problems associated with diverse levels of internal/external matters under labor law compliance.

  • Advanced talent sourcing and seasoned candidate screening: Proactively source and engage with critical talents through various channels including, but not limited to: social media, university partnerships, networking events, workday, Linkedin, HireEZ and more. Provide an exceptional candidate experience to candidates from first engagement to on-boarding.

  • Familiar with market best practices and benchmarking methodologies and work with cross-functional team to drive the team to reach target outcome.

  • Drive initiatives to enhance the candidate experience, ensuring a seamless and engaging process.

  • Stay informed about regional labor market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

To act on this role, several dimensions of competencies requires.

1. Project/program execution with prioritization and strategy planning: Sustain the ability to independently prioritize work, attentive to detail. Able to plan and manage, negotiate and meet deadlines, define and measure the results. Also, having the ability to gather, analyze and organize from complex information, conduct comparative analyses to make recommendations to Business management team.

2. Communication as vital characteristic with multiple levels and rounded perspectives: Capable to write, speak and listen as showing the effective public speaking and presentation skills. Conduct all critical dimensions of staffing vision and practice with solid data organization to interact with management team.

3. Stakeholder Management: Lead, motivate and create effective work group leadership by encouraging managers to successfully deliver results in hiring goals. Effectively manage conflicts and dilemma and exhibits creativity in problem solving.

4. People analytic in technology efficiency: Excellence in using people-data in analytical process to solve business problems. Include the talent management operation tracking data. Enabled by technology and use either descriptive, visual and statistical methods to interpret, improve and drive business values.

5. Talent Prospect Perspective: Capable to work with brand team and global TA team for recruitment campaign to attract and retain the talents in short or mid/long term as planning. Understand how to create network and channels to extend the talent pool by working with diverse groups and resources.

Qualification

  • BA/MS. education background, above 10 years of professional experiences in recruitment or agency consultant in global team environment with fast and dynamic industry.

  • Strong detail orientation working hands-on in a complex matrix organization

  • Self-driver and proficient executor to involved passionately in talent management fields

  • Influential interpersonal skills with excellent English/Mandarin speaking

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, prioritize tasks, and act swiftly.

  • Proven experience in driving UR program and strongly collaborating with campus to attract quality talents.

  • HRBP and leadership experience in global team is preferred.

Minimum Qualifications

Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years
