The vision of KLA's global human resources organization is to become a leader and partner to operating leadership in support of the company's efforts to achieve its strategic growth, customer and operating objectives through strategic talent management. Our primary areas of strategic focus include talent acquisition, individual and organizational assessment and development, performance management, inclusion and engagement, and rewards. The global HR organization includes HR business partners, learning and development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee communications, and HR system operations.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Training Design & Facilitation

  • Deliver Corporate Learning Center-certified training programs on a regular cadence (preferably monthly).
  • Facilitate workshops and certification programs on core professional and leadership capabilities (e.g., communication, goal setting, career development, presentation skills).
  • Deliver targeted coaching to managers on leadership and talent development practices.
  • Execute learning across multiple delivery formats, including in-person, virtual, hybrid, and web-based platforms.

Program Development & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Engage with teams across functions to assess learning needs and tailor programs to meet specific business challenges.
  • Partner with global L&D teams to adapt and scale training initiatives locally.
  • Create structured onboarding programs for new employees and managers to accelerate transition and performance.
  • Manage external vendors to co-develop customized training solutions.

Content Creation & Communication

  • Develop learning materials, including digital modules, toolkits, and facilitator guides, using effective instructional design principles.
  • Lead internal communications to promote L&D offerings and increase program visibility.
  • Develop strategies to boost employee learning engagement and participation in learning programs.

Needs Assessment & Strategic Analysis

  • Evaluate and track learning effectiveness using metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct organizational learning needs assessments and recommend targeted solutions.
  • Analyze feedback and performance data to evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights to support talent strategy.
  • Oversee the L&D budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Monitor program costs and optimize spending to maximize impact and ROI.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business/Technology Management, Psychology, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in corporate training or L&D within a global or high-tech environment.
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills across diverse audiences and delivery formats.
  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable, business-aligned learning programs.
  • Experience partnering with global teams and managing external training vendors.
  • Proficient in instructional design tools and learning analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English, with strong project management capabilities.
