我們的客戶是一家以系統性整合專業知識與技術,提供客製化的全方位永續建築設計策略分析與諮詢服務。堅持實誠的正確價值,推廣健康綠建築以人為本、以環境為本的理念,引領客戶在永續的道路上任重道遠。
【Candidate Profile】
- 需有帶領團隊之管理相關經驗。
- 具建築、機弱電、消防、空調等規劃設計之經驗。
- 具備冷凍空調系統及機電工程的基本理論與實務能力。
- 熟悉中央空調設備運作原理與能耗分析方法。
- 熟悉樓宇自動化控制、SCADA、BMS等系統整合與應用。
- 具綠建築改造升級相關專案之規畫執行經驗者尤佳。
- 對於永續及ESG等相關議題具有熱忱。
【Responsibilities】
- 將帶領約30人左右的團隊,負責包含健康綠建築(LEED/EEWH /WELL )、 建築環境優化設計、ESG策略整合、碳資產管理等共六大顧問服務。
