Job Responsibilities:- Handle high-volume live chat and ticket requests.
- Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to users.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Collaborate with other business units, accurately documenting customer requests.
- Manage complaints, provide timely and effective solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and enhance their trading journey.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in finance, crypto, or e-commerce industries.
- College degree or above.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required for effective communication with international users and stakeholders.
- Previous experience in cross-functional or technical support will be a strong advantage.
- High level of honesty and integrity; proactive, meticulous, and team-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure, with strong communication skills and a drive to exceed expectations.
- Passion for customer service and willingness to work under flexible shifts.
- Positive interest in the crypto and Web3 industry.
