Job Introduction

We are recruiting an advertising operations specialist to maximize advertising performance and ensure stable operations for Coupang's Taiwan (TW) business. This position will be responsible for the overall operation of advertising campaigns in accordance with Coupang's advertising guidelines and content standards. You will drive data-driven process improvements to enhance advertising efficiency and play a key role in successfully leading various projects that contribute to business growth.

Job Description

• Review advertising materials in accordance with Coupang's internal content guidelines and advertising policies
• Quality control and monitoring of advertising campaigns
• Performance tracking and regular reporting (ad campaign setup and review, error rates, etc.)
• Establish and manage Coupang Taiwan's advertising policy strategy based on analysis of local advertising regulations and market conditions
• Lead the creation, training, and communication of advertising policy guidelines for internal and external partners
• Analyze issues in the data-driven advertising review process and propose improvement measures
• Support A/B testing and new product development to enhance advertising performance
• Manage operator (contract) performance and increase productivity and efficiency
• Establish and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth collaboration with relevant departments

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in digital advertising/marketing operations or advertising policy management
• Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills for data analysis and reporting
• Proactive leadership and ability to lead teams and projects
• Clear and logical communication skills with various relevant departments
• Data- and logic-based problem-solving and problem-solving skills Analytical Skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Data-driven problem-solving skills utilizing data analysis tools such as SQL and Tableau
• Business English communication skills enabling smooth collaboration with relevant global departments
• Experience in e-commerce front-end operations and operator management
