Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARYLead the E2E delivery of WRB High-Net-Worth Client Onboarding services, with a focus to provide superior client experience under standard process/operating model, and adequate controls and governance at country whilst continuously optimizing for costs and resourcing.RESPONSIBILITIESStrategyTo work with Group Onboarding CoE to design standard E2E processes for HNW client onboarding experience, productivity and efficiency.BusinessCollaborate with business teams/ control partners supported with robust technology solutions to achieve best-in-class HNW E2E Client Onboarding Experience (incl. origination, CDD & account setup)OBU: Process flow as 9 days staring from doc. provided by client to case approval.DBU: Clients stay in-branch for 15 mins then go homeWork with business/operation leadership team and consult with Group CoEs, to manage/provide cross-functional, cross-process outcomes.ProcessesDrive a data driven operationsDevelop metrics and build data analytics to track digital origination, STP rate, TAT and productivity of different operations processesBuild capabilities to track cost-to-onboard of different products to facilitate optimal business decision & resources allocationBuild an operation dashboard with key KPIs covering productivity & capacity to monitor key performance and facilitate early issue identificationAchieve the OKRs set for HNW ClientsPeople & TalentContinue to develop leadership and talents and build succession plan in different levelsContinue to drive well-being agendaDrive a client-focused culture and build a mindset of end-to-end accountability & ownership for team members.Drive awareness of the sustainability in the team and embed this strategic initiatives as part of our daily operations.Upskill staff and develop clear successorsImproved people engagementRisk ManagementProactive Risk Management and GovernanceTo work with stakeholders on daily basis to ensure controls are followed and performed, both internal and external policies/regulation are followed and if any gap identified then mitigation plan would be in place.Continuously improve HNW Client onboarding quality and increase self-identification of issues to create a culture of proactive risk managementAudit results of >80% Acceptable CE and >90% Established MCANo elevated residual risks for onboarding journeyGovernanceMaintain High quality of the deliverablesRegulatory & Business ConductDisplay exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
