As a PIE PI1 Device Engineer at Micron, you will:

  • Develop and maintain audit check sheets for manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct detailed audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal guidelines.
  • Analyze data to determine areas for improvement and successfully implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strictly adhere to safety and quality protocols to maintain world-class standards.
  • Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior management.

Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a similar engineering role, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ambitious attitude with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
