As a PIE PI1 Device Engineer at Micron, you will:
- Develop and maintain audit check sheets for manufacturing processes.
- Conduct detailed audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal guidelines.
- Analyze data to determine areas for improvement and successfully implement solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strictly adhere to safety and quality protocols to maintain world-class standards.
- Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior management.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a similar engineering role, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ambitious attitude with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
