*Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To:*
The Advanced Packaging Technology Development (APTD) group drive Micron with packaging solutions for HBM product. As a data integration engineer in APTD will be accountable for the following

• Work multi-functionally with PIE, PE, MRDA, IT, Smart Manufacturing, Process Control, Equipment team to develop coordinated solution to accelerate product development.
• AI transformation for APTD, enabling innovative solutions for technology acceleration through analysis and modeling.
• Extract, monitor, analyze inline data, test data and tools data to improve yield, efficiency, performance, reliability, process margin and reduce costs.
• Summarize complex problems, derive, explain data-driven actions taken to address them and drive team to complete with defined sub achievement.
• Develop the prototype solution to evaluate the proposed solution benefits, includes automate ETL and analytic jobs, as well as visualization reports.

*Successful Candidates For This Position Will Have:*

• Goo data extraction, analysis, problem solving, reporting and presentation skills. Confirmed capability to resolve problems and address root cause.
• Database experience (Oracle, MSSQL, Snowflake, etc.) with schema design, query writing, database optimization.
• Experience with appropriate data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
• Experience in machine learning areas: supervised/unsupervised/semi-supervised learning.
• Programming language capability on Python, C#, Matlab, and/or R on Linux/Windows platforms.
• Working knowledge in applying Finite Element Modeling (FEM); and familiarity with software tools such as ANSYS (APDL & Workbench) is a bonus.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in a multi-national and multi-functional.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer/co-worker relationships. Successfully proven teamwork skills with a strong focus on developing good team dynamics.
