We are looking for a Creative Video Producer who can turn ideas into powerful visual stories that connect and inspire. You'll be responsible for leading the full production process — from concept to final cut — ensuring that every frame aligns with brand vision and storytelling excellence.

• Transform marketing briefs into compelling video stories across brand campaigns, product explainers, event coverage, and training content.

• Lead the full production cycle: from storyboard and shoot planning to post-production, ensuring every frame matches brand identity.

• Manage and mentor a video team, fostering collaboration while keeping projects on track and spirits high.

• Manage budgets and timelines, delivering polished content on schedule.

• Collaborate with internal marcom, function teams as well as external production partners to balance creativity with flawless execution.

• Contribute to post-production (editing, motion graphics, sound, color grading, subtitles) to enhance rhythm and visual impact.

• Keep a sharp eye on video trends and emerging formats, experimenting with fresh approaches to keep content engaging and relevant.

【Job Requirements職位所需資格】

• Degree in Communications, Film, Design, Digital Media, or equivalent hands-on experience.

• 7+ years of video production experience, preferably with strong marketing or brand portfolio pieces.
• 3+ years' experience in leading and managing teams.

• Solid understanding of end-to-end video production workflows.

• Proficiency with editing and post-production software (Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.

• A creative eye for storytelling and design aesthetics.

• Ability to work confidently in English-speaking environments (both written and verbal).

• 具 7 年以上影片製作經驗,並有行銷或品牌影片作品者尤佳。

• 具 3 年以上團隊領導與管理經驗。

• 熟悉影片製作完整流程,從前期企劃到後製交付皆有實務經驗。

• 熟悉影片剪輯與後製軟體(Premiere、Final Cut Pro、After Effects 等)。

• 具備專案管理與跨部門溝通能力。

• 具備故事敘事與視覺美感的創意思維。

• 能自信使用英文於口頭與書面溝通環境中。
