In July 2023, TrustTech provider Gogolook (stock code: 6902), was listed on the Taiwan Innovation Board (TIB). In May 2025, Gogolook officially submitted an application to the Taiwan Stock Exchange for reclassification to the General Board, positioning it to become the first new economy software company to make this transition.

• 主導建立與維護公司法務管理框架與流程,確保所有法律事務的處理標準化、系統化與效率化
• 擔任公司對內及對外的法務窗口,負責綜整、協調並分配外部法律顧問資源
• 審閱、撰擬與管理中英文合約及法律文件
• 提供各部門法律與合規諮詢,協助風險評估與流程確認
• 修訂並維護產品服務條款、隱私權政策及相關政策文件
• 追蹤個資、智財、AI 等相關法規,提出法遵建議
• 管理公司商標、專利及其他智慧財產權
• 與外部律師合作處理法律或合約議題

• 3 年以上法務或法遵相關工作經驗
• 良好英文讀寫能力與基本聽說能力
• 能獨立處理法律事務並提供務實建議
• 細心負責,具跨部門協作與溝通能力

• 熟悉個資法、智慧財產權、金融科技或新興科技相關法規
• 具科技業、資訊服務業或新創產業經驗
• 具與律師事務所、專利事務所合作經驗
• 具 AI 法規或科技法遵經驗
