Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated
FP&A Manager
to join our Finance team in a fast-growing international F&B group. This role will be key in driving financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring sustainable growth across multiple business units and new market expansions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the group and subsidiaries.
  • Analyze P&L, cash flow, and capital allocation to support management decisions.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders (Operations, Marketing, R&D, HR) to provide financial insights and identify business opportunities.
  • Prepare management reports and presentations for the Board and senior leadership.
  • Support international expansion projects (e.g., U.S. market) with financial modeling and ROI analysis.
  • Enhance FP&A processes, tools, and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management consulting.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and influence business strategy.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English; able to work in a multicultural environment.
  • CPA/CFA preferred.
