【What you will be doing】

- 處理商店經營權轉讓相關文書行政作業

- 作為合約與主體變更議題主要溝通橋樑(對外:店家、對內:營運小組、跨部門)

- 負責或與客服團隊協作處理主體變更相關異常、爭議、客訴案件與追蹤

- 負責彙整與更新營運資料庫、合約相關教學內容並定期佈達分享

- 不定期與法務討論並協作審閱/撰寫/修改/優化合約、協議書、條款、規範等文件內容

- 支援官網串接之金流、物流營運串接設定工作、支援營運專案

- 支援雲端發票紙本文件查核、寄收、歸檔作業(作為文件收發單位窗口)

- 持續以提升「團隊工作效能」與「店家使用體驗」為前提,提議並執行優化方針

- 完成主管及同仁交辦事項,例如:營運相關數據統計與報表彙整

【Who we are looking for】

- 行政文書:工作細心謹慎,能高效處理例行事務、熟悉 Google Suite、Microsoft office

- 邏輯分析:良好的組織能力,能夠有邏輯、有架構的將複雜或多元的資訊整理的簡單易懂

- 文字表達:良好中英打能力,能快速有效率將資訊整理成流暢的文字提供精準重點以信件或訊息對話

- 關係維護:口條清晰、擅長溝通,能依部門訂定規則或主管指示明確且精準的回覆店家、廠商、同事提出的問題

- 積極主動:掌握工作所有權(Take Ownership)、保持正面態度提問並預想解決方案,保有不斷學習、吸收新知,面對不同挑戰的熱誠

- 時間管理:有良好時間管理能力,遇到異常或突發狀況能有條不紊的釐清、應對,並能快速排出優先順序進行處理

- 客服經驗:曾有即時線上回覆、解決客戶問題的客服經驗尤佳

- 法律知識:具公司法、發票法等設立公司法律概念,能判讀與協助修編基礎法律文件及相關條款。

【It'd be plus if you have】

- 曾負責或參與電子商務平台運營、具專案管理、客訴處理等經驗

- CRM 以及工具使用經驗:Salesforce / Intercom / Zendesk /  Zoom / Google Meet / Dottedsign

- 擅長流程建立、整合與優化,能獨立產出標準作業流程供團隊遵循

- 擅長報表、圖表、簡報之分析工具使用
