Position Summary
You will represent GSK in Taiwan as a Sales Specialist focused on building strong clinical partnerships and delivering measurable business results. You will work closely with hospital teams, specialists, and internal colleagues to turn customer needs into clear, practical plans. We value curiosity, collaboration, and a focus on patients. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Build and execute a territory plan that targets hospitals, specialists and allied healthcare professionals.
- Deliver customer-focused initiatives that increase clinical engagement and drive sustainable sales growth.
- Prepare and manage territory budgets and resources to meet business goals.
- Use data and local insights to prioritise customers and adjust tactics for better results.
- Work closely with colleagues across channels to create coordinated, patient-focused solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and reports that support performance tracking and decision-making.

Why You?

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum three years of sales experience working with healthcare professionals, preferably in hospitals.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with medical professionals.
- Experience in business planning and territory management.
- Strong communication skills in Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Valid Taiwan work authorization and willingness to travel within your territory.

Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experience working in a teaching hospital or major medical centre.
- Background in a relevant therapeutic area or clinical knowledge.
- Comfort using data to inform decisions and track performance.
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership in cross-functional projects.
- Experience with multi-channel engagement or digital customer tools.
- Strong written English skills for reporting and collaboration.

Working Arrangements
This role is on-site, with regular travel across the assigned territory. Some hybrid working flexibility may be available depending on business needs.
