Position Summary
You will support business development activities to bring new collaborations and opportunities to GSK in Taiwan. You will work closely with local and regional colleagues, legal, medical, and external partners. We value curiosity, clear communication, commercial thinking, and a practical, solutions-oriented approach. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Support identification and evaluation of business development opportunities in Taiwan through market scans and opportunity briefs.
- Coordinate due diligence with internal teams and external advisors to collect commercial, regulatory, and clinical information.
- Prepare clear business cases, presentations, and reports to enable decision-making.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors during early commercial discussions.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and milestones to help ensure on-time delivery.
- Support preparation for contract negotiations by liaising with legal, commercial, and medical colleagues.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, pharmacy, or related field.
- At least 2 years' experience in business development, licensing, commercial strategy, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills and experience building simple financial models or commercial assessments.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
- Able to work collaboratively across teams and manage competing priorities.
- Based in Taiwan with the right to work; this role is on-site with occasional regional travel.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Master's degree or postgraduate qualification in business, finance, or life sciences.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare sectors.
- Familiarity with Taiwan's regulatory and reimbursement landscape.
- Hands-on experience supporting due diligence, licensing, or partnering transactions.
- Comfortable using data tools, CRM systems, and project tracking tools.
- Strong presentation skills and experience influencing senior stakeholders.
