The Channel Sales Manager will play a critical role in scaling our market reach and revenue growth via indirect sales channels. This role focuses on identifying, recruiting, and enabling strategic partners to become our official channel sales partners. The Channel Sales Manager will own the end-to-end channel development lifecycle, from partner acquisition and onboarding to sales enablement, performance management, and relationship growth.

The Channel Manager is responsible for:

  • Lead the indirect sales strategy for Incentive and Rewards (I&R) business segment to achieve quarterly activity, pipeline and sales goals
  • Identify and recruit strategic partners from the existing client base and external market to serve as indirect sales channels.
  • Design and execute onboarding programs, product training, and sales enablement support to empower partners for success
  • Monitor, manage and grow partner performance through pipeline reviews, KPIs management and business planning
  • Co-develop go-to-market plans and account strategies with partners to drive sales conversion
  • Work closely with internal functions (marketing, operations, and finance etc.) to ensure seamless partner operations and alignment with company strategy

YOUR PROFILE

  • 5+ years of B2B sales or channel development experience
  • Proven track record in partner acquisition, enablement and sales performance growth
  • Proficient in partner performance and pipeline management using CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Languages required: Fluent in oral and written English and Chinese

 Preferred Requirements-

  • Experience building or scaling indirect/channel sales programs in B2B or a digital solutions environment
  • Familiarity with digital voucher gifting or incentive and rewards solutions
