【Candidate Profile】

  • Bachelor's degree with 1–2 years of experience in logistics, planning, or technical administration.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals in English.
  • Willingness to travel and work on holidays, weekends, or overtime when required.

【Responsibilities】

  • Manage tooling and calibration work orders, inventory, and shipment tracking.
  • Coordinate with Field Service teams to ensure timely delivery and return of tools and kits.
  • Maintain accurate records of calibrated tools, parts orders, and warranty replacements.
  • Prepare, inspect, and package kits with required tools and calibration certificates before shipping.
  • Handle purchase orders, stock control, and vendor coordination for replacement parts.
  • Follow Field Service Tooling procedures and maintain warehouse safety and EHS standards.
  • Ensure all kits are delivered on time and meet quality requirements.
  • Perform additional logistics and administrative duties as needed.
