JOB DESCRIPTION

【Job Responsibility】

1. Adapt, plan, and executive the marketing campaigns in PR and e-PR category with managing the NR, media relationship, and KOL/Celeb relationship to maximize the brand need exposure on different online and offline media platforms.
2. To plan and manage PR related event to maximize the media exposure from online to offline.
3. To manage the seeding package, from planning to delivery to create the best social buzz.
4. To handle the seasonal sample with media, KOL, celebrities, and stakeholders to meet the brand need exposure and seek new proper exposure opportunities.
5. Consolidating the PR reports with accurate information on time.
6. Monitor the daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly PR clippings and provide the findings.
7. Collect and process department payment and update the department finance plan on monthly basis.
8. Managing the product related assets download and adaptation to support the brand need from online to offline.
9. Work on the tag translation verification and cooperate with cross function to deliver correct brand messages in consistent tone and manner.
10. To consolidate department regular report including financial report and support marketing ad hoc projects.

【Requirements】

1. Must have 2+ years marketing experience with both experience in PR agencies and international corporates.
2. Experienced in handling large SKU volume with high complexity products.
3. Excellent communication skill. A team-player, able to work as part of a cross-function/cross-market team.
4. Build good relationship with internal stakeholders and external 3-parties to achieve the shared goals and mutual benefits.
5. Time management skill, ability to work under high pressure to meet firm deadlines within a rapidly changing environment
6. Ability to prioritize and multi-task. Knowing how to get things done from complexity to simplicity
7. Demonstrate rapid execution with quality and sophisticated interpersonal skills for acceleration of digital transformation
8. Passionate entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter mentality with strong analytical skills.
9. Able to embrace changes and willing to take challenges and be exposed in marketing activities beyond digital.
10. Good command of business English is a plus.
11. Must be a jeans/apparel lover. Good sense of beauty, fashion and art. Working experience in related industry is a plus.
