A rare opportunity to work at Rakuten Travel, Japan's largest online travel agency (OTA) to expand international markets and be part of the next stage of growth of the company.


We are seeking a passionate and proactive country marketing executive to support Rakuten Travel's local market strategy, leading the execution of local campaigns, and driving initiative to build an influential and quality online travel brand in Taiwan.

You will work on integrated marketing efforts by understanding the marketing strategy and marketing mix, executing locally relevant campaigns, building and nurturing our social media presence, coordinating media and events as you help shape the voice of our brand and grow a loyal customer base.

職務内容/Responsibilities


• Execute the local marketing strategy and plans to grow the Rakuten Travel brand in Taiwan.


• Collaborate with the central teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns via different formats, including promotions, events, social, digital and CRM that drive commercial results and build brand affinity.


• Own campaign workflow end to end, working with relevant partners to support execution; ensuring a high degree of excellence from start to finish.


• Partner relevant cross-functional departments, creative and media and /or activation agencies.

必須/Required


• Bachelor's degree in business, communications or marketing.


• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese (Traditional) and English (working language).


• Minimum 2 years of work experience in marketing, travel, e-commerce, or media (Social media, Content or online marketing experience is highly valued).


• Experience in working with various local social media channels and / or key opinion leaders


• Experience in working with PR agencies.


• Have knowledge of Taiwan travel market landscape and consumer behaviors.


• Experience in running multiple projects in highly dynamic and fluid environment.


• Good relations with internal and external partners.
