Job responsibility
Oversee the end-to-end sales fulfillment process for branch channel insurance, ensuring accurate and timely processing of sales-related documents and requests
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer journey, uplift efficiency, and optimize turnaround times
Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards in all fulfillment activities
Liaise effectively with various internal stakeholders, including sales team, product team, Tech and Ops to ensure seamless workflows and issue resolution
Maintain effective communication and collaboration with various insurers
Manage workload distribution and resource allocation to ensure optimal productivity
Handle escalations and complex situations, providing guidance and resolution strategies to team members
Job Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales support, operations or product management within Bancassurance or insurance industry
Proven experience in leadership or supervisory role
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
