Purpose of this Position
:
該職位主要為研發與工廠生產單位之間的整合溝通橋梁,主要負責產品 DFM 規畫與驗證,確保滿足品質要求及量產效率,同時可以深化工業物聯網 IIOT 和網路通訊產品線的相關工程技術能力,提升個人工作發展的競爭力。

Major Areas of Responsibility
:

  • 產品生產測試技術相關的國際規範Study評估/ 規劃及驗證
  • 產品的生產測試 DFM 規劃、評估及驗證
  • 產品測試相關生產文件/ 治工具/ 設備規畫 & 製作
  • 對生產單位(含海外廠)的產品測試技術轉移
  • 產品 Sample Run & Pilot Run 作業的管理及溝通整合
  • 產品生產品質問題的分析及改善
  • 透過統計分析, 進行生產品質及效率優化

Minimum Job Requirements

  • 大學(含)以上,電子、電機相關工程科系
  • 5 年(含)以上電子產品工程師 or HW 研發工程相關工作經驗
  • 英文聽說讀寫中等,全民英檢中級以上或多益 500 分以上尤佳
  • 具備電子電路解析及問題分析解決能力
  • 對工業電腦/ 網路交換器/ 無線網通產品/ 串列通訊產品生產技術熟悉尤佳
