你會做什麼:
作為硬體設計工程師,您將深入參與各類電子產品的核心研發工作,不僅需獨立完成電路板佈局、原理圖繪製及組件選擇,更要善於跨部門溝通協作,確保硬體能無縫整合至軟體控制平台之中。在日常工作中,您將運用專業知識進行原型測試與調校,同時不斷優化現有設計以提升效能和降低成本。此外,本職位強調新技術導入與法規遵循,因此您也將有機會接觸前沿科技並參與國際認證流程,是一個能夠全面鍛鍊專業能力並拓展視野的重要崗位。

  • 負責電子電路和硬體系統的設計與開發,包括電源系統、逆變器及充電器等產品的PCB佈局、原理圖繪製及組件選型。
  • 與軟體團隊協作,確保硬體能順利整合應用程式控制及語音啟動自動化系統,提升產品功能性。
  • 執行原型及最終產品的測試、調試和驗證工作,以確保所有產品符合嚴格的行業標準和可靠性要求。
  • 針對現有設計進行性能、成本及可製造性的優化,不斷提升產品競爭力。
  • 與製造團隊密切配合,推動可量產化設計流程,包括BOM(物料清單)建立及測試程序制定。
  • 主動研究新興技術並將其導入產品設計中,以維持公司在市場上的領先地位。
  • 確保所有硬體產品皆符合法規要求,如CE、FCC、UL等國際認證標準。

  • 熟悉硬體設計原理,包括類比與數位電路,有紮實基礎理論知識及實務經驗。
  • 精通PADs、Altium Designer或其他主流PCB及電路設計工具,可獨立完成複雜板卡設計。
  • 具備電力電子相關經驗,如DC-DC轉換器、逆變器或充電器等產品開發背景。
  • 熟悉示波器、頻譜分析儀、功率計等測試設備操作,能有效執行各項測試任務。
  • 具備微控制器程式設計經驗者佳,熟悉MCU架構或嵌入式系統開發尤為加分。
  • 了解I2C、SPI、UART、CAN、Ethernet等通訊協定,有相關應用經驗更佳。
  • 具備RF技術經驗(如BLE、WiFi、NB-IoT)者優先考慮,可支援無線模組開發需求。
  • 熟悉OrCAD、Eagle等其他PCB設計軟體操作,有多平台經驗者更受青睞。
  • 具備良好的英文閱讀與書寫能力,可閱讀國際規範文件並撰寫技術報告者優先錄取。
