簡單介紹 Finance & Admin 團隊為了讓 Dcard 團隊運作得更順利,Finance & Admin 團隊將負責創造出最棒的 Dcard 體驗,密切和社群、產品開發、廣告等不同角色合作,支持團隊無後顧之憂向前衝刺我們向 Dcard 團隊夥伴提供財務和行政的服務,除了進行費用支出審核和日常帳務處理之外,也幫助團隊優化帳務流程、提出財務建議,並在團隊需要協助及支援時,成為夥伴們的最強力的後盾。因此,我們正在尋找有耐心、溝通能力良好和具備財會經驗的你,加入我們這個熱愛挑戰的團隊。
你將在團隊參與⋯- 合併報表編制作業及自編財報編制辦理
- 負責公司帳務處理及覆核財務報表及各項財務、會計作業
- 規劃及檢討公司會計作業流程,並覆核各項會計作業,以符合財會及稅務之規定
- 會計師查核、稅務申報與查帳等資料提供與內控導入
- 管理報表編制與分析,年度預算編制及管理
- 協助檢視公司營運與財務戰略規劃的制定(各類財務報表與成本分析)
- 配合專案進行損益分析、投資分析評估
- 財務與營運專案分析的執行與報告
- 八年以上會計相關工作經歷
- 會計學相關、財稅金融相關領域科系畢業
- 具備中等的英文能力(含聽說讀寫)
- 管理報表編制與分析的經驗
- 年度預算編製和報表編製的經驗
- 具備軟體新創或跨國公司會計經驗佳
- 具跨部門溝通能力
- 具獨立作業能力
- 認真負責、態度積極
- 擁有高頻率的溝通文化,夥伴頻繁地討論合作並給予回饋。
- 隨時取得書籍、課程講座、國內外 Conference 等任何資源,持續學習就是 Dcard 團隊的核心精神。
