Role Scope

Operational Training for End-users: Deliver comprehensive operational training to end-users following the installation of Roche cobas series automated analyzers, including clinical chemistry and immunochemistry assays.
在安裝羅氏cobas系列自動化分析儀器後,包括臨床化學和免疫化學測定,為最終使用者提供完整的操作培訓。

Remote and On-site Support: Provide prompt application support and troubleshooting assistance, both remotely and on-site, for assigned and assisted accounts.

Training for New Hires: Conduct product operator training for new team members to ensure they are proficient with instrument use.
為新進人員提供儀器操作培訓,以確保他們熟悉儀器使用。

Timely Troubleshooting Management: Ensure troubleshooting calls for assigned and assisted accounts are promptly managed and resolved.
確保所屬及需協助的客戶故障排除來電能夠得到及時的管理和解決。

CRM Documentation: Accurately document all account activities and product issues in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
確保所有活動和產品問題即時且準確地記錄於客戶關係管理系統。

Product Demonstrations and Evaluations: Conduct and assist in product demonstrations, presentations, and evaluations for customers, focusing on the cobas series.
為客戶進行並協助產品演示、簡報和評估,主要針對cobas系列儀器。

Technical Support in Analysis: Provide customers with technical support for analyzing and summarizing experimental results.
為客戶提供在分析測試或實驗結果上的技術支援與報告總結。

Project Collaboration and Planning: Effectively evaluate large installation projects, collaborating closely with project applications to complete planning on schedule.
能有效進行大型安裝項目的評估,並與專案團隊緊密合作,按時完成規劃。

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• A strong compliance record with no material compliance violations identified in the past five years.
  良好的合規記錄,過去五年內無重大違規行為。

Education:

• Degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
  醫技相關科系畢業。

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, ideally with a background in medical technical services.
  2年以上相關工作經驗,醫療技術服務相關背景尤佳。

Skills & Knowledge:

• Familiarity with hospital clinical laboratory operations, clinical biochemistry, immunology tests, and basic interpretative skills.
  熟悉醫院臨床檢驗科核心實驗室作業,對於臨床生化與免疫項目熟悉並具備基礎判讀知識。

• Knowledge of CAP and ISO 15189 medical laboratory certification standards.
  熟悉CAP與ISO 15189醫學實驗室認證標準。

• Strong understanding of compliance requirements and high standards of integrity.

• Key competencies: Customer Understanding, Account Management, Service Orientation, Responsiveness, Problem-solving.
  具備良好的合規知識並理解高標準的誠信原則,重點客戶管理、服務導向、回應能力和解決問題的能力。

Technical Competencies:

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  電腦軟體操作熟練。

• Basic English reading and writing skills.
  基本英文閱讀書寫能力。

• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain client relationships.
  良好的溝通能力,並能維護客戶關係。

Other Requirements:

• Driver's license and personal vehicle required.
  具備普通小型車駕照與自用車。

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 5-10% annually.
  願意配合國內外出差,每年約5-10%。
